KJ Laser Micromachining is proud of having several second (532 nm) and third harmonic (355 nm) solid state lasers for the clean and heat damage-free machining of plastics (e.g. polyimide Kapton) and semiconductor materials.

KJ Laser Micromachining applies process planning and control, design of experiments and statistical analysis in order to manufacture all parts with the highest quality, consistency and tolerance. All manufactured parts are under inspection and quality assurance to ensure every technical specification is met within the allowed tolerance.
We have numerous gauges, calibration stages and CMM equipment applied to calibrate all of our motion equipment and to check the dimensions of laser machined parts, thus assuring the exact tolerance specifications. The performance of our laser systems is monitored and verified daily and measured weekly to provide the best and consistent laser machining quality for our customers. We have applied a production management program including well-documented instructions, protocols and reports.
